Dependable performance, powerful with large capacity

I make a lot of cookies and tea cakes for my grandkids, it thoroughly Blends the ingredients in a just a matter of seconds. I haven't tried making bread but I bought it mainly to mix cookies and tea cakes, I'm sure it will work just as well on other mixtures. My hand mixer went in the garbage

my wife has one so we decided to give one for a Christmas gift. They like it. A little on the pricey side but it's certainly built to last.

This is a great mixer. The complaint would be that it is really loud.

This Kitchen Aide blender makes baking enjoyable. Easy to set up and easy to use. I do recommend washing the bowl and parts real good before first time use!

I have the mixer 5 qt professional And so far so good I made the masa for the TAMALES on it, Its more ease for me.

Mixer is very professional design and quality but styled and sized for home cooks and kitchens.

If you plan to bake bread and make the dough using a mixer, this is the model you want. No motor hesitation when kneading with the included dough hook. And the height adjustable bowl allows for clean mixing of whip creams, cake batters, and just about any other mix you can throw at it.

I bought this mixer as a Christmas present for my mother and she's been using it for many times, it feels solid, reliable and the best thing is "The Result", she was very happy that she got those mixer because she love to baking cake for family. It has been 1 year since i gave to my mother and no flaw whatsoever.

very very heavy- too heavy to move in and out - will need to leave somewhere that it doesn't have to be moved

Looks good in the box. I bought this for a Christmas present. The request for a honest review are far to early. Christmas hasn’t happened yet and truly, without extended use, how can you give an accurate review?

This is an item that both my daughter and I have been wanting for years now. It works great and one that I would highly recommend if you do a lot of baking or work in the kitchen.

This is my first stand mixer and kitchenaid never failed me at this one! Best ever! The only problem with a 5qtz is if youre mixing dry ingredients, it tends to splatter while mixing at high speed. Better buy a plastic splatter guard and it will prevent this problem. But overall ill still give 5 stars!!

I would love to give this mixer 5 stars, however when we went to use the attachments to make pasta the Hub Gear to for the attachments was never installed. So we know have 3 pasta attachments we cannot use.

This was a gift for my teen daughter,shes beginning to learn to cook and bake. She absolutely loves it. Easy to use, can help cut prep time.

This mixer had a really great price, so we bought it for our granddaughter. Best Buy first shipped us a red one, which we replaced with the silver one. She likes it fine. Great for cookies!

Very good mixer Struggled a little bit with extra large batches Well worth the money

This standing mixer has helped my wife out so much in the kitchen. She's done several recipes that include pizza dough, flour tortillas, beat and fluff eggs, among others. It's a time saver!. My wife can continue with the easier tasks while the mixer performs tougher duties. It comes with only 3 accessories, but these are enough to take care of most tasks. We were able to get it at a phenomenal price of $199 during black friday, but unfortunately we haven't seen it drop in price since then. You might doubt buying it at a full price of $499.

Does a pretty good job at mixing but tends to splash and get massy if running at higher speeds.
