This is the third Kitchen Aid Professional size mixer I've bought over the last 10 years - have one in an earlier home and gave one as a gift. This latest rendition is notably different in the weight of the stainless steel bowl. I assume it is a cost-cutting measure - too bad. Hope it holds up over time. All else is great. Just wish they'd make the paddle with the rubber scraper attached as they have for the smaller models.

This was the perfect addition to our kitchen. The feature that sold us was the lift head as opposed to the normal tilt. Comes with 3 accessories out of box but many more can be purchased additionally

Lets be honest. I bought this to make it look like I actually cook. If look very pretty. I will use it about twice a year. At the moment it is a nice looking accessory in the kitchen. I know that I will mix like a mixer.
