Although box came with hole smashed in side covered with paper to hide it, mixer seems undamaged. This is not the mixer advertised pro 500, it is the pro 5 plus that came instead. Still a great deal on a gift.

Only bought it because of a good price on a pre-Christmas sale. But, it's awfully good.

Got this for my aging mother, who has disabilities. She has little use of left arm. Conventional mixing was very difficult for her. She loves this mixer. Very easy cleanup. Extremely convenient for her to use.

This is a great product with so many different attachments. It even has an attachment to peel apples so I don't have to mount our apple-peeler-corer to our countertop anymore. And it was an outstanding price.

I love my PINK mixer! I do a lot of baking and catering so this really comes in handy. I also love that I can pick the appropriate color for my own need. Customer service was great! I ordered the wrong model so I went into the store and they took the one I ordered and reordered the new one without any difficulty. Shipping was on time and came on the exact date promised. I have fibromyalgia and kneading dough is very painful. I went to another store to purchase a smaller KitchenAid mixer on sale at another store and they didn't have the color I wanted in stock. I had to stop in at Best Buy for something else and noticed they had KitchenAid mixers. This is bigger and more powerful and was cheaper than the smaller one on sale at the previous store! I was thrilled. I am absolutely loving it.

I prefer the non tilting head. Loud at high speeds but gets the job done.

This is a must have if you love cooking or if you want the ability to grind your meat into steak burgers, vegetables into slices or noodles or you just want to take the hard work out of mixing anything you can think of! Best all around mixer on the market at a great price!

I already had on that I purchased about 12 years ago, and we love it at our house. My mother-in-law also thinks it is great, so we bought one and she loves it! She was just so excited to make mashed potatoes that were quick and fluffy. It is an investment. But as long as the quality is what it was several years ago when we bought ours, my mother-in-law's will be well worth the money. Attachments for ice cream making, pasta rolling, meat grinding, spiralizing, etcetera can be purchased, as well.

I am so in love with this mixer. the Ink Blue color go so well with my kitchen. I had a standard 5 quart kitchen aid my whole life and this Pro 5 with the lift stand is way better. There is something about the size and shape of the bowl that mixes everything so much better. I highly recommend this product for every baker!
