Convenient and Easy

Only wish it had a tilt head like the original series as this design makes it a little more difficult to attach the mixing tools. Also, the grease used to lube the sliding mechanism winds up being exposed when it’s in the down position.

I use it for making yeast breads and that can be hard on the mixer. My old one needed gears replaced after about 7 years and I finally broke it beyond repair so I needed to get a new one. I hope to get 9 years out of this one.
