It was an online only item. Its nice, beautiful, but BIG. actually won't fit under my kitchen cabinets. Neck doesn't bend and i struggle unlatching the 'snap in' bowl. :/

I was so excited for a bigger machine, but everything about it is a little awkward. I know I’ll eventually get use to how it lowers and taking off the attachments (instead of lifting the head), but it’s a change for sure. And did I mention the noise? It’s so much louder then my old one. Horrible high pitched noise.

The operating sound of the 5-qt. stand mixer will be different in tonality and slightly higher in decibels than the operating sound associated with the 4.5- or 5-qt. tilt-head stand mixer models. The internal all metal gearing system assembled in the 5-qt. model does make the mixer sound different than the smaller models.
