New KitchenAid, Same Problems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received this new KitchenAid mixer for Christmas; and I must admit, it was on my list. The last one I purchased was 25 years ago. However, the new mixer slings ingredients out of the bowl just as bad as the 25-year old one. The beater bar scrapes the bowl of the new mixer despite using the adjustment screw, which isn't much of an adjustment at all; it's either up or down. I asked for support from the manufacturer and received none, except to use the adjustment screw instructions on the web site. The KitchenAid mixer motors are workaholics; my 25-year old one is still going strong, but I probably will never buy another.
