Powerful, but difficult to find some accessories

Two things my wife does not like about it: (1) to get the bowl out after mixing dough or batter, you also have to remove the mixing blade (it doesn't lift enough to clear the top of the bowl); and (2) we could not find certain accessories for this size bowl that fits the lift (not the flip style mixer) - for example the shield that keeps stuff in - we could not find it anywhere - not even sure that Kitchen Aid is making it for the lift style in the 5qt.
