Don't buy

I did follow other reviewers and walsh containers thoroughly but still had to threw away first two batches. If you are using this for cakes or lighter jobs it may be OK. Metal bowl is much flimsy compares with Pro 600 that I used to own, of course price is much cheaper. I will return my unit.

Would be excellent - but mixing bar paint chipping

I would give this excellent score, this is my second one in 30 years. Got the red one. BUT - I feel my mixer is unsafe to use right now. I have a problem with the mixer bar. Just got this product a few months ago and the white enamel is chipping. Feel it is unsafe now to use - that paint will chip in my food. I am going to follow up with manufacturer.
