I also found that the wisk/paddle attachments were very difficult to get off! It wasn’t any louder than the artisan. Overall, it’s a great product. I think I just prefer the simplicity of the artisan or classic.

Strong mixer

Folding dough is a tougher task but it had enough power to do the job. The motor does get pretty warm. The bowl and attachments are secure but require work to change or remove them. Overall it has done it's job pretty well.

I do a lot of baking and this larger model will make it much easier. I will be able to double my batches of cookie dough with this one. I also like the larger dough hook because I make bread and cinnamon rolls. I am looking forward to adding some of the attachments next.
