    The first time i tried to use this the little tab on the back of the mixing bowl broke off. It is only spot welded on and not very well. Customer support from KitchenAid has been 'OK', however it's been 3 weeks since it broke and I filed a claim. Still no new bowl. Also, the mixer paddles enamel chipped when the bowl broke and it hit the side of the bowl. It still works but I have to hold the back of the bowl in place the entire time it's on.
