    I have tried to get a hold of the manufacture to get a new flex bladed That would scrape the sides as it is mixing with NO SUCCESS So I would have to say I am not impressed and will not buy Another Kitchen aid product again I Got it for my wife for Christmas and it has not been used Yet. I am actually thinking of returning it because of the bad public relations of Kitchen aid
