It works perfectly, the only problem is the hassle with having to take the bowl apart to clean it every time

Have had this mixer for about 6 months now. So far no complaints works wonderfully.

This is a great mixer for bakers. The only thing o don’t like about it is that the stand doesn’t go back only the bowl goes up and down.

Works well, but I wish the top tipped back to get attachments off easier. The bowl is a little difficult getting on but I'm sure I will get better at it.

overall good and gets the job done, except the fact that sometimes I have to turn it on twice, cause it won't work from the first shot.

Overall it is a great mixer, especially for the price. I just wish I had bought one with the tilt feature.

Returning it. Very disappointed. Extremely heavy and not portable. Control to manually - yes manually - crank bowl up and down is difficult to use and on the right side, while the speed controls are on the left. Very difficult to lock bowl into place. Whatever is in the bowl splatters all over even on speed of 1, the lowest speed, and it does not come with a splash guard. Using the whip requires a lot of intermittent hand mixing because it doesn't scrape the bowl and misses lots of the ingredients. The attachments used for mixing do not lock into place properly and can fall off from vibration while mixing. My $68 Hamilton Beech mixer beats this one hands-down.

I have purchased two identical Pro 5 mixers but had the same initial issues. An electronic hum but no movement at first, then they would start wirking, but I feel loudly. I actually used the 2nd to make bread dough, but the issue continued as well as not restarting after turning the power lever to off. It started working on the next attempt, but now I do not trust it. KA Customer service said that no one has called this issue in yet, but if they return it, would KA know why? Anyway, they said it was a bad batch sent to BB, but I bought them both from different shipments 2 weeks apart. * This is not a BB issue, but a KA issue

I do baking as a side job and I can now mix several batches at once instead of doing one batch at a time.

Always wanted one for cooking and baking around the house. Happy with the purchase. Recommended for anyone who likes to bake or cook.

Very very loud compared to my smaller mixer. Squeals and is quite noisy

I still haven’t opened it yet but honestly I don’t like the color Finnish at all. Caught it at $199

I like the kitchen aid classic build better but this get the job done...does make a weird grinding sound

Bought this as I wanted to start baking at home. This is a good one with lot of capacity for a beginner baker.

I’ve always wanted one and Best Buy had a great prIce. I have not used it yet but I look forward to making great memories of baking.

Replaced older model - working fine so far. Bowls and speed setting indicators not as good a quality as old model.

Came in packed well bought for a gift. I think they will like it. It came very fast.

First recipe and motor struggled. Smelled like a burnt motor smell but paperwork stated it would smell. Not bad for a Black Friday purchase

i purchased this mixer thinking it was the thru professional model. it does not have the wooden handle and it smokes like it is going to catch on fire. very very loud. i will be returning this mixer. i did not research it well enough prior to buying it.
