This was purchased as a gift for a great friend who loves to cook. She thinks this is fantastic.

I HAVE USED THIS MIXER TWICE. THIS IS NOT THE K5 OF OLD. THE MOTOR SOUNDS LIKE ITS DYING. THERE A METEL BURR ON THE FRONT OF THE MIXER THAT SHOULD BE SMOOTH. THE BREAD HOOK DOES NOT WORK. I USED THE OLD BREAD HOOK TO MAKE MY BREAD. I WOULD SAY SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE.

I do not know anything about this Item because I returned it right away.

Kitchen Aid is an excellent product. This mixer was damaged in transit. All styrofoam protecting mixer was totally broken and nothing protected the mixer. Bowl was out of place and attachments askew. Lift mechanism was damaged.

Good Product It is exactly what I expected and it has helped me a lot.

This is the perfect gift for any cooking lover. My partner loves it so much I got it for him.

I needed a good mixer and this gets the job done but not for big projects.

Bought online, the only thing i wish i would have looked closer at was the fact it does not have a tilting head

Recipient liked the gift. Could not find an exact replacement for the professional 6 mixer that had died earlier.

I do not bake too often but it is a good mixer overall. It meets my mediocre cooking skills.

This certain model has the bowl that has to be snapped into the side arms which is challenging since the top doesn't raise up and down. I sold this and bought the other style where the bowl fits into bottom grooves and the top lifts up for easy stirring etc.

I have wanted one of these mixers for a long time, finally got one and could not be happier.

This is really what I expected and working really good to knead dough

Upon opening up the factory sealed box, found paint and finish issues on the item. Returned it for another, which had an unfinished rough edge on the product and other finish issues - for example, the silver metal band was recessed on one side and sticking out on the other. Can't remember if my wife tried a third time but, needless to say, we do not own one of these now. Never even got to try using it so I cannot attest to its performance - but at this price level the item should not have these blatant cosmetic flaws. Wound up buying a Breville BEM825BAL and that looks like it was quality checked by someone who cares.

Very good quality and performance but quite a small for large family.

Wish it tilted. It was a great value over the other models except for the fact that it doesn't tilt.

This is a really good mixer. The only problem I have with this mixer is how the bowl moves.

I thought this unit would be an upgrade from the standard tried and true tilt-head Kitchen aid mixer that I have used for 40years. I wish I had kept my Grandmothers hand me down it was more pleasurable and quieter than this. The motor groans loudly under the slightest loads and bracket that supports the bowl rattles and clanks non stop. It actually sounds like it is breaking every time I use this thing. I will surprised if it lasts a few years, probably just long enough for the warranty to expire. Super disappointed with this purchase.
