Good for larger portions

I tried to baked several cakes (like the box mix you would buy at shoprite) but it doesn’t mix well since portions are too small for the 5 qt mixer. The bottom of the bowl need manual mixing, therefore what’s the point?

I was so excited to give it to her for Christmas, especially since it was a good sale price. She asked me if it was a remanufactured product. She said it was very noisy and shakey.

Disappointed

I don’t have time to return yet but I will never buy anything again from Best Buy online
