This mixer is great, but what should I have expected from KitchenAid? Does the job and then some. Nothing like a hands-free mixer, especially when you love to bake. And with the holidays coming, this is a winner. I have been looking for years. Also, I purchased at an unbelievable price, $200.00 off! Love my KitchenAid!

My girlfriend has wanted one of these for some time. When I saw the price I couldn't refuse. Does everything you would expect. Love it !!!

I bought this along with other attachments and it has saved me so much time in preparing baked goods! The deep bowl prevents flour and other ingredients from splashing everywhere. The motor can power through the toughest doughs like bread dough and sugar cookie dough. I also have an attachment that can pull chicken, which helped make a delicious dinner.

If you are looking for something that will literally revolutionize your kitchen, this is the product. In a day an age that product reviews are a dime a dozen, stop and look at this machine. It can handle any job. But miraculously, even small jobs are handled with ease. If you invest in the extras, it can almost do anything that needs to be done in the kitchen. Finally the look, and well it looks so good that it makes people stop and stare and this from a kitchen tool. There is no better and I could not recommend it any higher.

Over Christmas, I was making icing and I finally burned up my hand mixer motor for good. I don't bake all the time, but for birthdays and holidays, I bake from scratch. I kept telling myself that I didn't need a nice stand mixer because I don't bake all the time. I thought it would not be smart to spend the money on something I didn't use often. Well, when my hand mixer died, my husband convinced me I should go ahead and get a good mixer. It must have been fate because this one was on sale that day...with free 2 day shipping! Long story short, I love this mixer and can't believe I waited all these years to finally get one. It's beautiful. Also, it shreds cooked chicken in less than a minute! Mixes meatballs quickly so you don't have to handle them too much, which can cause them to be dry.Mixed meatloaf nicely, which means no more painfully frozen hands when mixing by hand because the meat is so cold. Whips mashed potatoes up so they are light and fluffy! It lives on my countertop because it is so beautiful, which means I use it for small, quick jobs, too. I haven't done any baked goods yet because I had made it through Christmas. I discovered there were so many other uses for it after checking it out online that I feel like it was a smart purchase! I can't wait to see what else it can do!

We bought this mixer and a few of the attachments and it has changed our eating habits. Not saying necessarily healthier but we are eating a lot more at home and a lot less processed foods. Making breads, noodles, and dough in general is easy and a lot of fun! Highly recommend that if you have room to store it, it is worth the money!

I love this mixer. Making Christmas cookies this year was a snap. The bowl is large enough to double recipes. Now I want the attachments.

Bought this for my wife. It is an excellent mixer

I have been wanting a kitchen aid for many years but I did not want to spend so much money on one. It eventually went on sale (199.00) and I was able to afford it and I am so glad I did! So far I've made bread, cakes, mashed potatoes, and pacakes I use it more than I ever thought I would. I'm looking forward to getting the numerous attachments available. Can't wait!

Kitchen Aid mixers will give many, many years of service. I bought this one for my daughter. Mine is 39 years old and still works great!

This stand mixer is simply spectacular. I've been using it to bake cakes, and to mix doughs for breads and pies. It's simple to use, has different speeds for all the purposes that I need, and is very easy to clean as well. The only con is it's weight - but as I have a fixed place in my kitchen to leave it, it's not a problem at all.

Is too tall to go under kitchen cabinets. Is heavy, but some components could be more robust. Mixes well and seems to be better and more powerful than our old mixer.

I bought this product for a friend who I call the cake and cookie boss. She had an older model kitchen aide. She loves this one. She is able to do and produce more with this one. I am so glad I bought it for her. I am excited that she loves it. I highly recommend this product to bakers.

I have owned a Kitchenaid mixer for years. I know the one I just purchased will be used for years by the person who is given this gift.

Exactly what you would expect from KitchenAid! If you have the older version keep in mind this one is taller so it may not fit under you overhead cabinets on the counter. While kneading pizza dough I have to put a cooling pack on top or it gets too hot after about 5mins.

This mixer is so easy to use but works well enough to make professional recipes. This was my first kitchenaid and i am in love with it.
