The ONLY problem is that replacement parts and extra mixing bowls are near impossible to find. I suspect this item went on sale because it was being discontinued.

Not as efficient as original one

Difficult to manage the lowering and taken off the beater. I really think that Kitchen Aid could have found a way to make this mixer better.
