I’ve used this daily for dough and it’s been great!

Even though I haven't had it to happen yet. It has an overload switch which will save itself from the tough dough's. If it doesn't, they are an easy fix for an amateur handman/woman. Enjoy using this mixer day to day due to it not being so loud. Looking forward to this mixer lasting 20 years as a friend's mixer did.

Works perfectly, even for heavy bread dough. Purchased the grinder attachment and made some homemade burgers with leftover tenderloin and bacon, amazing!

We have used it more times than we thought. Operates easy and easy cleaning. Mixes good. Whips cream fast and fluffy. Splash guard is highly recommended when adding liquids while mixing. Wife is happy

This mixer is awesome! We got it on Black Friday and have wanted one for a while. So far, we've made a few loafs of bread and the kneed hook works really well. As a note: our mixer had a little clicking when we first got it. That is normal, and part of the gear mechanism. It went away after the first few uses.

I love my kitchen aid, I don't why I waited so long to get one. it is easy to use. I really like the attachments that came with the kitchen aid. If you are thinking about purchasing one you will not regret it.

Love it! Easy to use and easy to clean. No installation required. It comes ready to go. Bowl is a good size for all baking and cooking needs. Item is heavy.

I have wanted one for YEARS but I couldn't justify the cost. My husband saw them on sale and bought this for me for Christmas. I LOVE it. It's simple to use and the attachments are very easy to put on and take off. My only dislike is the bowl. 1, it is difficult to attach, but that may change over time and 2, I wish it had measurements in it for ease of use. But kneading dough with the dough hook is fantastic and there are many recipes on line that use the KitchenAid mixer so the instructions are precise. I can't wait to get some of the attachments that will make things even easier, but they are costly as well so it might be some time before that. Until then I will mix, beat and knead with ease!

Awesome machine. Be wary of buying attachments though. Make double sure that the attachment will fit this machine. Use the model number to cross reference any attachments you buy.

I’m not a professional cook or baker by any means. But hey this thing gets the job done and makes baking a whole lot easier! Got a great deal on it for Black Friday. Gave one to my wife and another to my mother. It’s convenient and very functional easy to use. Got the sliver one wish I had gotten the red one tho.

Love it and it does a great job. The only minor complaint I have is how the bowl sits when you connect it to the base of the mixer. They changed the configuration from some of the previous models and this one seems to be very challenging to get the bowl to seat correctly in the grooves. Its a minor inconvenience, but aside from that its fantastic.

I wouldn't have normally bought one of these but it was $200 off and I figured it would be good to have on hand. I've made some pizza dough and it works good.

The machine works great and it is easy to use. The best part is the bowl lift, once you have all your ingredients in you just lift up and its ready to go.

Perfect upgrade for the holidays and year round. My boys..yes teenagers..love to use this to make home made pretzels ans pizza dough..plus cookies. Love it.

First of all, the bowl is huge. I can easily fit four 1.5lb loaves of bread or a triple batch of cookies. If using the mixer for commercial use or large batch baking its safe to assume 50 average size cookies at once can be made (measured using a cookie scoop). I've tried doing larger batches of cookies and while it doesn't bother the mixer at all it does overflow the bowl. I'm fairly certain the seven quart bowl will fit this mixer and there is a small bowl/whisk set for whipping cream or beating egg whites available for smaller jobs.

We use the mixer for everything - baking, grating cheese, slicing veggies. This model is bigger than the typical Kitchen Aid and I like it better than the tiled head type. You won't be disappointed!
