Love the price, it's 250-300$ cheaper (on sale). However I didn't like the fact that they only had 2 colors. Overall, I'll keep shopping at bestbuy, love the replacement plans and the prices.

At age 68 I finally decided to take the plunge and get my 450 watt Kitchen Aid bowl lift stand mixer. Once I received it I have been mixing and baking. I am so pleased with this mixer that I can't say enough. If it wasn't for the best price at Best Buy I would have never been able to a ford one living on Social Security. Replacing a KitchenAid mixer I had for 28 years. I like the way it lifts and lowers the bowl. The bowl seems less thick than the old one but still seems fine. It makes more noise than the old one but not so much that it's bothersome. Overall a good mixer. Hopefully it will last as long as the first one.

Bought this for the wife for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. The only meh we have about it is the latch on the back of the bowl. It locks the bowl into place while mixing but it's kind of a pain to pull.

I upgraded to the KA Pro 5 Plus 5 Qt Mixer though my 25 yr old KA stand mixer was still working. I make bread every week, and my old one was laboring, so I wanted a stronger motor. The KA Pro 5 Plus may have a stronger motor, but it makes sounds when it's mixing like it's almost crying. And I'm not supposed to use the bread hook at any higher than 2. Also, the stainless steel bowl is not as thick and sturdy as with my old model. So I'm kind of on the fence about it, but nevertheless it still makes great bread.

Bought my wife a Kitchen Aid mixer about 10 years ago. She was thrilled. This Christmas she burned the motor making gingerbread. Replaced with another and paid less than I did 10 years ago.

I absolutely love this mixer. I bought it when it was on sale. Great price. I’ve been using it for a month now. It is a great addition to my kitchen. If you are making smaller batches of dough, get the smaller one. But if you need to have at least one pound of flour In your recipe this is a perfect size. Absolutely not loud. Much quieter than my small hand mixer. I would recommend it for sure.

WE bought one years ago and it is still working, and am sure the Kitchen Aid product will last many years for my daughter. Best Buy had the lowest price I have seen for this item. Also great service when I picked it up at the store.

I like the new size bowl for this model. The silver/gray color is perfect for the kitchen, it goes with any color.
