I have made plenty of thing from muffins to cakes to mixing meatball mixture and bread dough and it works extremely well. There is not one bad thing I have to say about it.

It seemed to have a tad bit of difficulty mixing buttercream at the start which, for the price, is a bit surprising but it worked great mainly.

Powerful motor but base could have been sturdier

We thought the 6 quart was too big for us (it's just two of us right now), but I think i made the wrong choice and should have stuck with the larger pro model. The motor is 450 watt and is fairly powerful, but if we run it at 6+ speed, the base starts to violently wobble. If you're on the edge about getting artisan or some different model, save yourself sometime and get the largest motor you can get. You'll thank yourself later.
