Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was a gift for my girlfriend and she loves it, I read some reviews that it broke down in less than a year but that thing looks sturdy so maybe people should read the manual once in a while and see how to take care of it, you all should start slowly with it, not wanting to bake 10 cakes in a day, in that case buy another one, all in all very good machine:)

Does what it's supposed to do

The motor sounds a little whinny compared to my mother's 30-year old one. That one still sounds solid. We'll see how it holds up over time, but for now it's good.
