Considering I am used to just using a hand held wire whisk, this is a huge (and welcomed) upgrade! It is quite bulky though so make sure you have storage room before you purchase it!

Did I received a refurbished model?

When I registered my model with KitchenAid they referred to it as a refurbished model. Would you please be gracious enough to let me know if it's been refurbished? It's not that I'm against refurbished models, but considering I thought of was purchasing a new one I would like to know how that happened :-(

If you are looking for one you won’t regret buying it. The hardest part about choosing one is deciding what color you want. They have so many options. Keep in mind accessories are available to buy so if you’re on a budget try to buy when it’s on sale.
