I love this mixer! Easy to use! I thought because it is a Pro mixer it would be difficult to use, but it is not.

While it certainly has more power that the older model it replaced, the machine is LOUD and the cap for the accessory port does not tighten and wiggles while in use. Knowing all this, I likely would not have "upgraded". That says, it functions well and is certainly more powerful than what I had.

So far so good!! I have used my mixer a couple of times and haven't had any problems. It has taken me a while to get used to putting on and taking off the beater etc but I have never used a KitchenAid before so it's a learning curve. I like it so far and am looking forward to being able to add ingredients whilst the mixer is in use rather than having to stop my hand held mixer each and every time. I store it in a lower cabinet and although it is heavy i can manage ok.

KitchenAid Mixer is the standard of what home bakers all want. Big mix bowl with some power. However...wife told me...she rather have one that tilt w/ less powerful motor...

For the price and power of this beauty, I am completely satisfied with this purchase. KitchenAid did a great job producing a product such as the Professional 5 5qt Mixer.

Did not come with enough attachments. Love the color weight and stability

This mixer works great and has bowl lift instead of tilt head

This kitchenaid is awesome! The bowl is the perfect size, I love the handle (makes it easier to maneuver), and the stainless is very nice. The mixer itself is rather heavy, and it is an expensive purchase, but it's worth every penny!

This KitchenAid Professional 5 Plus Series Mixer, I got my girlfriend for BLACK FRIDAY is the best thing ever. She's so delighted. It has helped her to get into the kitchen a bit more, she has mixed and made cookies and a cake that were so delicious. I even want to use it myself and make her a few things for her birthday.
