I've wanted one of these for years, but never wanted to spend the money to get it. When I did finally get it, I used several times in just the first two weeks. The dough hook is worth the price all by itself.

I have always wanted a KitchenAid stand mixer but didn't want to buy one while living in an apartment because I knew it wasn't permanent. I bought a house a few months ago and my mixer started to sound funny so I finally went for it! I am in heaven with this mixer. It is amazing and has lots of power! It is so nice to be able to leave the machine mixing while you keep adding ingredients. My ultimate test for it was frosting and later oatmeal cookies. Both turned out excellent! Between the mixer and my new oven I am so happy!!

Purchased this mixer for a great price as part of a black Friday sale. Could not go wrong with the price. The mixer works great and I can't wait to use it more. We just ordered the pasta attachments and can not wait to being making homemade pasta.

If you haven't ever heard of KitchenAid and their mixers, listen up. They are the most distinguished home appliance for anyone who enjoys spending time in the kitchen. They have several models to pick from but, this Pro 500 Series is fantastic! It has a larger motor than the basic series, for when you want to use optional attachments. So there's no question to whether it can handle anything you throw at it. I also love that the bowl raises and lowers vs having to tilt the neck back. Less messy, and less chance of tip-over. All and all, I love this mixer!

Oh my gosh compared to the hand-held mixer/blender that we were using this is a godsend. Thanks KitchenAid!!!

Great mixer, it has handled everything with ease. It is beautiful blue color as well.

Works as decribed. High quality. Proven pretty tough in our limited use so far. Have made large batches of dough several times with issue. Also made sausage. Motor seems up to the task. Large bit looks good on the countertop. I would recommend, only negatives are price but seems worth it.

I have wanted this for quite a while. Bought it a few weeks ago, and still can't quit buying attachments for it! LOL Anyways, As I get more and more into using it, I realize that using either "my hands" to mix meatloaf or meatballs, THIS is produces such a better end product. I can't wait to keep seeing more of what the attachments, and my imagination can create! Where are those recipes?!?!?! And Kitchen Aids customer service is amazing!

Very nice machine here. This is built to last. It has plenty of power and the're assembled by hand. The many colors are also a plus.

This things a workhorse, handles heavy doughs with ease. Did allot of research before deciding on this model, couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Loved my original Artisan Mixer for 10 years. This product is more powerful and has many more options available for attachments.

Solid structure. Mixed ingredients thoroughly with no mess. Bowl was large enough to mix in ingredients without them flying out
