Well, I took the plunge when it was on sale and can say I'm glad I did. When I brought it home, it did stay in the box until I was ready to use it. The first use of this mixer was making bread rolls, and that is when this mixer really won me over. Now, this mixer is used for everything it can do and I do plan on buying the other attachments soon

OMG! What a difference! I didnt know what I was missing! The rotation is what makes it so special. Whatever goes in the bowl is mixed thoroughly - up down and side to side. My bread came out amazing!!

We have been using KA mixers for 25 years and this one is built with the same quality that the older ones had. Fit, finish, and operation are all excellent.

There are two things I don’t like about this mixer. First is the size I have a small kitchen and it’s hard to store. But I would still buy it anyways. Also being a professional 500 kitchen aid it doesn’t show a lot of other mixing accessories for it on their website. I wanted a mixer head with a rubber scraper and KitchenAid doesn’t offer it I had to buy it from Amazon. Still not a problem I love the mixer.
