My wife wanted this for Christmas so I got it for her. She then asked if I could give it to her early so she could make cookies... that was an easy choice to make.

Stepped up to a larger version. Very nice and works well. It would be nice if it came with some sort of cord storage.

I've always wanted a KitchenAid stand mixer but held off for a couple years. When I saw the Black Friday price it was a price I couldn't refuse. It works great, took a couple tries to get the bowl seated in place, but now it's a piece of cake. And it's heavy, hope I never drop it on my foot.

Got this as a gift for my girlfriend who loves to cook. Now she's making me food ten times faster and it's great. Awesome buy!

I love my new mixer, especially on sale half price! We did a LOT of research before making this purchase, as there are more variables on Kitchenaids than meet the eye once you factor in proprietary models and other online or big box sales venues. It can be very difficult to compare apples to apples when googling multiple model numbers, which can also affect replacement parts and/or additional bowls, mixing blades, etc. I was pleased to discover we got a 525-watt motor, rather than the 450 advertised. Kitchenaid customer service explained an upgrade in their design had not yet been updated on the web. There are other models offering more colors or even stronger motors, but on sale, this was by far the most bang for your buck.

Not as good as the oldet ones, but got on a super sale.... looks good and performs well... at least so far.

I initially got the artisan model mixer, which was great. But this one was a larger more powerful model I got for $11 more. Great mixer. All works wonderfully.

Best mixer ive ever owned. My wife loves it for all the uses that she uses it for. Would strongly recomend if you do not own.

My wife has been wanting this mixer for some time now, I saw the reviews so we adjusted the bowl before using it. Still the white coating on the utensils came off in the first mix. We are looking for uncoated utensils because she likes it so much.

The red is even more stunning in my kitchen than the display shelf. So far as power goes, it honestly terrifies me that this has such a strong motor. I think this is a fantastic size for the home baker and the lift bowl really let's you pack the bowl before putting it into mixing position.

Superb standing mixer as are all KitchenAid models. This is slightly larger than the standard model most people get and we have had for 20 years. The old one still works fine, my wife wanted a larger one. We've made several batches of cookies (4x the recipe) with it whipped cream. Works great as expected.

My wife broke the hand mixer and really wanted to step up the game. She immediately found a place on the counter and baked many many batches of cookies. Device works as intended and has neat interchangeable mixing heads. It is heavy-duty and sure to last much longer than the hand mixer.

Upgraded my basic mixer and I am so happy I did. So much better with this one. This will do all the work for you. No more mixing by hand or a hand mixer. Pour in bowl, attach bowl, turn mixer on and there you go. Hands free after that!!!!!!

I purchased this item for my husband for Christmas and we love it! We have already ordered additional attachments to clear out our cabinets and just use the mixer for things like grating cheese, and even a food processor and juicer! The color is perfect and I love that it is all steel, it's heavy, sturdy and well built!

I have used my kitchen aid multiple times since I have bought it and I am very pleased and thankful I have it!

Purchase this model because my Artisan Kitchen Aid broke due to a hard chunk of brown sugar and was too costly to have fixed. I didn't need a Professional model but couldn't resist the price of 199.00. Plus I'm hoping it will be more durable than the previous model. So far it works great and again love the price I paid.

Heavy duty mixer. Built to last. Upgraded from 4.5 Qt Artisan series. Just wish the scraper attachment was as good as the one for the Artisan series
