My wife had previously just had a hand mixer. I got this for an amazing deal online and she is in love with it. We have bought several attachments already for it and she uses the mixer several times a week.

After Best buy gave my Kitchen Aid to another customer, the manager was able to order me another one, and my wife used it to make some cookie batter and she really enjoys it. I think I would of liked the tilting head better than the lowering bowl on this unit, but it's not a big deal, it's our first kitchen aid and we really like it.

I've waited 20 years to finally get this beautiful standing mixer! I have a 10 year old daughter who is in love with cooking and it was time to bite the bullet. This mixer exceeds all my expectations and was a great deal at Best Buy!

I absolutely love this mixer! It Whips things up with ease. I have made plenty of thing from muffins to cakes to mixing meatball mixture and bread dough and it works extremely well. There is not one bad thing I have to say about it.

I sent my daughter the 5 quart Kitchen Aid mixer for Christmas. It arrived ahead of schedule (yea) and one of her comments was - We’re going to make cookies tonight! I was very pleased with the whole process.

I picked this one because the bowl doesn't sit on the base. It's easier to get in place and easy to use. My wife said it's a bit heavy, so if you can't lift it, make sure you have countertop space for it!

I bought this about a month ago and have been using it non-stop to make bread, marshmallows, cookies, pizza dough... it's so handy! Next I wanna get the food grinder and sausage maker extension to make my own meats. I love it!
