A KitchenAid mixer is a necessary piece of equipment for all serious bakers and cooks. It makes baking a breeze and with attachments it is very helpful with cooking too!

I didn’t think I needed a mixer but after using it - I love this. I have used a hand held mixer for years and thought it was fine but I got this on a whim during the Black Friday sale and I love it. It mixes dough really well and picks everything in the bowl up. I made some dough for dumplings and the mixer seemed strong enough. I plan on making sourdough bread next and I’m so glad I have this mixer. The only minor issue is that it’s not that easy to get the bowl in and out but I hope to figure it out soon.

I like the mixer because it's easy to handle, the mixing bowl light weight and easy to use, can add ingredients while it mixes.

Use for preparing carbs. Yummy. So much easier than hand mixing, so my wife makes more carbs than before. Got on sale!! Winner!

Got this unit on sale when it was $200 off. VERY much worth the price, significantly larger than the normal Kitchenaid mixers.
