I really like Kithchenaid products. This is a really good mixer. I don't give it a full 5 stars only because of the residue in the metal bowl. I read reviews before purchasing & saw several comments about a dark residue left in baking items. I therefore prescrubbed the bowl (very well I thought) prior to using it the first time. I saw nothing on the bowl before I scrubbed nor after cleaning. I made a batch of bread dough & was disappointed to find several areas of darkly discolored dough. Have used the mixer repeatedly after this & no more discoloration. So what's up with this Kitchenaid? You should be better than this. Must be something left from manufacturing the bowl & you need to fix the problem.

Love this unit. I bought the lift stand version after hearing that the tilt head would wear out over time. If you plan on making small batches of anything you may want to purchase the smaller bowl to go with this as the mixers attachments have a hard time with mixing it due to the size of the bowl.

I love my new kitchen aid mixer. Even though I love it I wish that I would have ordered the one where the head lifts. Whenever I want to add an ingredient I have to take the bowl out and then put it back. Other than that, the mixer makes it easier to mix things quickly; especially holiday baking.

I would love to give this mixer 5 stars, however when we went to use the attachments to make pasta the Hub Gear to for the attachments was never installed. So we know have 3 pasta attachments we cannot use.

My wife makes cakes just because the machine is so well crafted.

Easy to operate. Has many functions. Would definitely recommend.

Got this for my daughter’s Christmas and she loves it. Easy to maneuver.

My husband loves this mixer. He especially loves the meat grinder attachment.

The first thing I made was noodles. I used 18 eggs and all the flour. You could hear the motor straining but kneaded the doe like a champ. I did have to scrap the bowl a few times, but it was very helpful.

I had been wanting to get a KitchenAid mixer for my wife for years. Never could find the deal I was looking for. Found this one on Black Friday at an EXCELLENT price!!! My wife uses it ALL the time now. Better than what I was expecting. There have been some reviews about weaker motor on the small mixer. This one isn't weighed down at all. I would suggest for ANYBODY!!!

Will save us loads of time and effort making Xmas treats.
