My ex mother in law use to say a cook needs the right tools for the job, just like we need the right tools for the job in our working lives. This is a tool nobody should go without.

Now I have a new machine and will get the old one fixed after this craziness and give it away. This one seems to have a stronger motor than my other and it also seems quieter. Nice mixer.
