Can't beat KitchenAid mixers

My daughter wanted an upgraded one for Christmas, so we went with this one on Black Friday. Overall -- I love KitchenAid mixers. The jury is still out on if I like the lift bar better than the tilt. This is easier to keep on the counter (I previously stored my old KitchenAid in a cabinet) but the lift arm seems much less sturdy and more wobbly than the beefy tilt head.

Just What She Expected

She loves to bake and this is the ultimate tool for bakers - so I was told. She said it was all she'd hoped and more. I am thrilled because the gift I gave my wife will ensure she will be giving me good gifts for years - cakes, pies, bread, pretzels.... Oh yeah. We're very satisfied.

Now it's a staple on my kitchen counter that gets used weekly. I've only used the meat grinder attachment but I loved being able to make my own ham salad
