Purchased this for my wife, she lives baking. We are replacing an older 3.5 quart mixer that we just out grew. So far it has performed great and we have even noticed better mixing quality, the batter won't leap out of the bowl at start up.

I recommend this model. It's perfect for my large batches of cookies! Can't wait to try the attachments!

So glad we invested in one of these KitchenAid's. We use it a lot! Easy to use, easy to clean, the noise level is not bad on it. Only downside, if there is one, is that the base of the machine is heavier than it looks. Other than that, great purchase!

Everything we hoped for, at a wonderful price. Beautiful design, helpful instructions. We decided this would be a mutual Christmas gift, and that was a good choice! So far, we have made sugar cookies, mashed potatoes, whipped cauliflower “potatoes” and bar cookies.

Got my mixer for a Christmas gift. Love it! It’s a little loud but not to bad. Use to mix everything. Looking to get more attachments for it.

This is a true work horse of a mixer. It handled enough bread dough for 2 dozen rolls with no problems.

Stand mixer very well made, durable and easy to use. Only thing, I think tilt head model would make it easier to clean beater/attachments without having to remove them like this model when making multiple batches of same recipe. Other than that works great!

Got this for my wife got it on sale so can’t complain. Really great easy to use and really easy to clean. My wife loves it she use it to make cakes and she said it’s great and easy to use. It is a little noisy but it’s 450 watts so that’s very understandable.

My girlfriend loves to cook, so this was a must. It’s huge and industrial and does the trick for sure.

This is the best what you can buy if you want something good to do pastries at home, is just a step away of commercial one.

I love the size of the mixer and the ease of use. I also love that you can add attachments. I use the cheese grater all the time. I would highly recommend this mixer.

As with most Kitchenaid products, the quality is second to none. We use the mixer quite frequently and have never been disappointed with how it works. Love the available attachments. Only negative is that is really tall, so you must have ample space to keep it on your counter. Very happy with this purchase.

I've always wanted a KitchenAid mixer and planned on watching sales for the artisan. I found this one for $199 on Black Friday, which is a much better deal (and mixer)! I've already made cookies with it and have had no issues. The motor is powerful. I washed the bowl and attachments thoroughly after reading other reviews mentioning a black oily film. It came right off, and didn't cause any trouble when I used it. So glad I found this deal!
