My wife has had a tilt head model for years. She had been asking for this model due to the extra capacity and power. There was a great deal around Christmas so I picked it up for her. She absolutely loves it, but decide to hold on to her old one for smaller batches :) Highly recommend this model for those either; making very large batches, or need the extra power for heavier doughs. A little taller than the tilt head model, but it is nice to be able to use a crank to raise and lower the bowl

I have wanted this for quite a while. Bought it a few weeks ago, and still can't quit buying attachments for it! LOL Anyways, As I get more and more into using it, I realize that using either "my hands" to mix meatloaf or meatballs, THIS is produces such a better end product. I can't wait to keep seeing more of what the attachments, and my imagination can create! Where are those recipes?!?!?! And Kitchen Aids customer service is amazing!

I owned one of these for several years up until recently. It was very durable and did everything I needed. It is still working well in my wife's new household. I needed a replacement as a result and I purchased one so I could continue to make the cinnamon bread I had made for years. As well as the other holiday fare which I have made over the years

Seems like a great machine so far. It’s been put to the test when making holiday desserts and it didn’t have a problem making huge batches of cookie dough. It feels and looks premium. The only thing I’m not a fan is the bowl. It can be a struggle trying to click it in place, but maybe I’ll master after a few more uses.

Great product high quality easy to use multi function

I have always wanted a KitchenAid stand mixer but didn't want to buy one while living in an apartment because I knew it wasn't permanent. I bought a house a few months ago and my mixer started to sound funny so I finally went for it! I am in heaven with this mixer. It is amazing and has lots of power! It is so nice to be able to leave the machine mixing while you keep adding ingredients. My ultimate test for it was frosting and later oatmeal cookies. Both turned out excellent! Between the mixer and my new oven I am so happy!!
