Purchased online from BB - arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. We have been using KA mixers for 25 years and this one is built with the same quality that the older ones had. Fit, finish, and operation are all excellent.

I have the old version of this machine and it was good But when I bought the new version it was so much less noise and more fun to use it

This Is a great mixer has plenty of power and seems like it would mix anything. There are two things I don’t like about this mixer. First is the size I have a small kitchen and it’s hard to store. But I would still buy it anyways. Also being a professional 500 kitchen aid it doesn’t show a lot of other mixing accessories for it on their website. I wanted a mixer head with a rubber scraper and KitchenAid doesn’t offer it I had to buy it from Amazon. Still not a problem I love the mixer.
