On the first day, we made over 100 cupcakes and 3 cakes for a last minute party. Cut the prep and mix time by 2/3s. Warning: 6 quarts is a lot of bowl. One of the best things about the these appliances are versatility. All the different atravhments can and will replace indiviual pieces of equipment with ease.

We have burned up 2 different brand mixers over the past 5 years. This one does an excellent job so far and has no trouble with heavier recipes.

Quite an addition to our kitchen

Not an everyday mixer in our house but it could be. Weighs about 25 lbs so not something we want to move everyday. Nice to have when you have lots of baking over the holidays. Wish it came with the bowl scraper style mixer attachment. That was the first attachment we bought after our first use and realized the wisk just didn't clean the bowl as needed for batters.
