I have been researching Kitchen Aid mixers for a few months & seeking the advice of friends/family as to which design I should get: bowl lift or tilt. Best Buy had the best deal as compared to other retailers. I love the attachments & the power & speed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the bowl can sometimes be difficult to get into the cradle correctly. There is a tab at the back of the bowl and two posts on either side that the bowl must be fitted into just right in order to secure the bowl. The tab can be difficult to get the bowl situated into just right. Other than that minor detail I love my new mixer & cant wait to get some more attachments & try some new recipes!

I bought this machine because my other (smaller) one's c bread hook could not handle 6 cups of flour. I make bread a lot and this was a sweet deal. I would have given it 5 stars but it is a bit noisy. However that is not a problem for me. Love it!

I hesitated buying one of these for years, simply because I thought they were overpriced. Found this on sale, bought it, love it. This model (500 Pro series) is sturdy and quite powerful (325W), though I haven't pushed it beyond normal use. My only negative is that I have limited counter space and this 5quart takes up a fair amount of space. Hint: You'll want to let friends and family know you have it so they can buy you the various attachments as gifts.

I always wanted one of those machines for my kitchen but the price was always too high now it was dramatically reduced so I purchased. It works fine and has a big bowl along with it. However it is complicated if you want to empty the contents of your bowl because you have to remove the mixer part so that is a hassle plus it does not come with a lot of attachments you have to buy separate

I love love love my mixer! If I had to be picky, the bowl is pretty big so you have to whisk more than three eggs or a half a cup of something! Other than that it is amazing! :) worth every penny!

This is an excellent Kitchen Aid mixer at the upper end of their product line. We have an existing Artesian model that we have owned for about 20 years. Works perfectly for all our baking needs. Saw this new model during a Holiday sale at an unbelievable price and felt it was time to upgrade. Has a few more features than our old one with a larger capacity bowl. You cannot beat the durability and the quality of the Kitchen Aid brand.

It’s a kitchenaid product so you come to expect the best. Black Friday price point made this a no brainer. Daughter and I love preparing things together and she gets a kick out of operating this.

I bought this on sale and have used a few times for cookie dough an light mixing. It works well and motor seems powerful, handling a stiff cookie dough easily. The large bowl is also great. The only neg is the weight and that it comes without a pour shield.

It met all my expectations. I waited forever to get this product for my family baker!

Bought this KitchenAid mixer on Black Friday and have put it to Good but use! Solid construction, something I was expecting from a KitchenAid product. One of the best values I’ve seen in awhile!

I have always wanted a KitchenAid mixer and with the amazingly low price at Best Buy, finally took the plunge. I am not disappointed. It took a little getting used to having the bowl brought up to the mixing utensils instead of being lowered in but that only took a few minutes. It handles cookie dough as easily as frosting. The selection of mixing utensils is perfect and I really like that the functionality can be extended by getting additional add-ons.

Bought this mixer to replace a 20 year old mixer of a different brand that failed. Needed to make batches of Christmas cookies. Works great. Powerful motor and gets the mixing job done much faster than the previous mixer. Only issue was getting used to installing and removing the bowl ..trick is using the lever on the side.

At age 68 I finally decided to take the plunge and get my 450 watt Kitchen Aid bowl lift stand mixer. Once I received it I have been mixing and baking. I am so pleased with this mixer that I can't say enough. If it wasn't for the best price at Best Buy I would have never been able to a ford one living on Social Security. Thank you Best Buy you now have a new loyal and SATISFIED customer.
