I just ordered a new KitchenAid mixer to replace the one my mom gave me for a wedding present over 19 years ago. I use my mixer at least 1-2 times a week and can’t imagine getting along without it and can’t wait to get my new one!

I first want to say that I'm very impressed with Best Buy for getting this mixer delivered to me the next day! I debated for a while between this mixer and the Artisan. I've had an Artisan before and it sometimes struggled with breads so I decided to go with the Pro 5 and its bigger motor. The Artisan's bowl also would give me a hard time when it was time to remove it; I would usually have to hit the handle pretty hard to get the bowl to turn and come off the stand. I was told by KitchenAid customer service that the bowl on the Pro 5 would be easier to handle but it doesn't seem to be the case. I am having great difficulty getting the nib aligned with its catch in the back and then trying to get it aligned with the side pins is proving to be a real p.i.t.a. I have only used it a couple of times so far so I am really hoping that I will get used to this and master the movement required in getting the bowl in place, and removing it from the stand. I have followed the directions and the bowl still seems wobbly during mixing. The mixing attachments do not touch the bowl and seem optimally placed; the mixer does a good job mixing ingredients. I'm just really disappointed in how difficult it is to handle the bowl. . I’m also disappointed that the attachment hub was not assembled correctly. The KitchenAid name is not level and for the cost of this mixer, I would expect a little better. The ink blue color is a nice darker navy and I’m happy with that.

I just bought my KitchenAid - KV25G0XER Professional 500 Series Stand Mixer and I love it so far. Looks great!!! I hope it is going to work for me as long as I need it.

I got this very powerful 450 watt 5 qt mixer at an astounding price of $200. Very happy with it.

I have made bread, cake, shredded chicken, made a vegetable gravy, and the list goes on. This is a heavy weight item so I leave it on my counter. I think the stainless steel matches my kitchen and doesn't make the space look cluttered. The extra attachments are a little pricey though. This model comes with 3 mixing heads, and that is enough for me.

I have always wanted one and this works perfectly ❤️❤️❤️

Love the mixer but the beater covering chipped off a little I am working to get it replaced. Be sure to get the bowl level and SNAPPED in place. The directions are very vague.

Not only does it look sleek on our countertop, we absolutly abuse it with how much we have used it so far, with holidays right around the corner, it has withstand our constant use, but always cleans up to almost a factory shine.

This was purchased as a wedding gift due to the fact that I still use the same model which was a wedding gift to my husband and I 41 years ago. This KitchenAid mixer is a workhorse. It mixes foods and kneads bread. It has a myriad of attachments available which will allow you to use the machine to grind meat and make noodles. It is by far the best kitchen appliance I have ever owned!

Strong mixer. More powerful and easier clean up compared to the older Kitchen Aid we had before.

I got this for my sister who bakes and she loves it. Prior to buying it, she had always wanted a good quality mixer. I am glad I was able to get this pro mixer for her as it has improved her business and shortened baking time. I recommend this, especially for bakers. You'd enjoy it.

Love the slow start on the mixer. My old hand mixer started much to fast and sometimes sent the ingredients flying all over the cabinet.
