I own a pro 600 and love it! My parents were in the market for a new mixer but the 600 was out of their price range, I’m sure they will be super happy with this :)

I bought this for my wife because she loves to bake aLot and it did not disappoint she absolutely loves it, it’s so easy to use, easy to clean and makes baking things so much easier. I certainly recommend it if someone you love loves to bake for sure

I first want to say that I'm very impressed with Best Buy for getting this mixer delivered to me the next day! I debated for a while between this mixer and the Artisan. I've had an Artisan before and it sometimes struggled with breads so I decided to go with the Pro 5 and its bigger motor. The Artisan's bowl also would give me a hard time when it was time to remove it; I would usually have to hit the handle pretty hard to get the bowl to turn and come off the stand. I was told by KitchenAid customer service that the bowl on the Pro 5 would be easier to handle but it doesn't seem to be the case. I am having great difficulty getting the nib aligned with its catch in the back and then trying to get it aligned with the side pins is proving to be a real p.i.t.a. I have only used it a couple of times so far so I am really hoping that I will get used to this and master the movement required in getting the bowl in place, and removing it from the stand. I have followed the directions and the bowl still seems wobbly during mixing. The mixing attachments do not touch the bowl and seem optimally placed; the mixer does a good job mixing ingredients. I'm just really disappointed in how difficult it is to handle the bowl. . I’m also disappointed that the attachment hub was not assembled correctly. The KitchenAid name is not level and for the cost of this mixer, I would expect a little better. The ink blue color is a nice darker navy and I’m happy with that.

I have been wanting a KitchenAid Stand Mixer for as long as I can remember. I am so glad I found this Black Friday deal for the lift-bowl edition at only $199!!!!!

Love it! Use for more than just mixing when it comes to baking

I got this for my sister who bakes and she loves it. Prior to buying it, she had always wanted a good quality mixer. I am glad I was able to get this pro mixer for her as it has improved her business and shortened baking time. I recommend this, especially for bakers. You'd enjoy it.

To much noise but great machine. Very fast and easy to use

Fantastic piece of hardware and great color. Love this thing, have made several batches of cinnamon rolls, cookies, and pizza dough using this workhorse since purchase and it is working great. Can't believe the sale price I got it at before the holiday season, absolute steal if you can get it at the $200 price point.

Great mixer for home use. Saves time in the kitchen.

Great finish on the mixer, it’s a very dark blue in color, and the mixing power is great! The beater is the only full unfinished metal piece now, the dough hook and regular mixer are now powder coated white vs the old raw metal design. Might be cheaper for them to produce, but they are dishwasher safe now!
