Love the bigger size and the lift mechanism. I bought this to replace a tilt version. The tilt head never locked in from day 1, so this was definitely an upgrade. Plus I got it for half price on Black Friday, so it was an excellent purchase!

Excellent mixer, but a little bit too noisy. Check that all the small parts are inside the box, because mine came without the attachment knob!! :( Unfortunatly I realized the part was missing when I used the mixer in Argentina!! Super packaging by the way, I could take the mixer in its original box to my home cointry by plane- of course I had to ship it with my luggage

Personally this product works great but for me it's too advanced I wanted something simple and the hook on the bowl can be a lilttle tricky

I like this mixer! It's fairly quiet when running. It does take a bit to get used to the beaters NOT coming up - tilting backwards, but it still gets the sides pretty good. Sometimes I still need to scape the bottom of the bowl, but it was better when I switched which beater I was using.

We cook every meal at home and eat very clean. Now, we can really get really creative and make mor delicious meals. This was very easy to use and clean. As we get more comfortable with this, we will purchase more attachments. Highly recommend it.

I got this as an early Christmas present! I'd been wanting on for so long and am so excited for all the baking I'm going to use it for during the holidays. This mixer definitely lives up to its KitchenAid reputation! I'm in love with the whisk attachment. I made butter in under 30 minutes, it was SO easy! My only complaint is that the bowl is a big too large and so anything that isn't made in multiple batches doesn't get mixed very well. But that just means you have to make more treats and is that really a bad thing?

Bought this on sale about a year ago. It's solid and has plenty of power.

My wife is an avid baker and wanted something more substantial. It has what she needed plus it has upgrade potential for other food prep.

The kitchen Aid pro 5 mixer stand is very good because it makes my cooking easier especially when I make cake. I also use it for making "parata - Chapati" dough and sweet dubling. I really love it because it makes my cooking esier and faster

We were looking for a stand mixer for basic mixing, and picked this particular model due to the amazing price BestBuy had. Afterwards we discovered that this model was for serious cooks. So glad we got one that will last a very long time. We only used it to make cookies and dressings and so far it does not disappoint. Thanks Best buy!

Makes baking easier. Pricey but so useful. Works great and good size

I love to do a lot of baking and needed another mixer because my grown son borrowed my 25 year old Kitchen Aid Mixer and didn't really want to give it back. I never thought I could own a better one than I had but this one is better. The head locks into place so mixing bread dough is a breeze. It is a sturdy work house that will probably last longer than I will!
