If you want to buy a mixer then this product is a mixer. This mixer takes stuff like flour and it mixes it. If you don’t want to mix stuff then don’t buy this mixer because it is impossible to unmix something. I don’t think a football is a very good Christmas present.

I bought this mixer as an upgrade to my tilt-head mixer. This bowl life mixer takes on pizza dough like a champ. My only complaint is that its too large to store on my countertop full time.

I wanted this mixer because of the larger bowl and stronger motor so that when I made bread I could make a large batch all at once. Opened it and proceeded to make three one pound loaves! Worked great and did not "travel" across the counter. Very pleased with this workhorse.

I Got this mixer as a gift and I love having it and works great. I store it in a cabinet when not in use because it's just so large. Maybe if I had more counter space. I do not like how I can't move the head of the mixer like the artisan version, but it's not a big enough issue to me. I do like how sturdy it is and how well it works, but if you are only making small batches, I would stick with the smaller mixer. I love this mixer, but I think if it weren't on sale, I would have opted for the smaller tilting version

Got this bad boy for mom for Mother's Day, and it is the real deal. Didn't find it too loud, but it's not quiet, but this takes all of the work out of what a handmixer attempted to do. Smooth operation, exceptional customer service from KitchenAid for a minor problem, just awesome. Got this on sale for $200, and haven't looked back.

Wife has wanted one of these for ages and at the price it was on sale for it was a no brainer. If you love to cook this if for you.

I bought this for my mother for Christmas. She likes to bake but she’s getting older and she can’t mix things as well as she used to by hand. This thing does it all! The attachments that you can buy do wonderful things as well. Many uses other then a mixer!

It’s a Christmas gift so we haven’t used it yet, but I have heard good things about this mixer. Can’t beat $199.99 BF normally $500

I can’t say enough good things about this mixer. After debating for years about getting a Kitchenaid, I decided to go with this one. I’ve made breads, pastries, whipped cream, etc., and they’ve all turned out wonderfully. I’d recommend this model to anyone.

I love that this model does not raise up but uses a lever to let bowl up and down so I don't have to move it from under my cabinet.

Bought this as a Black Friday special. It is a nice looking sturdy appliance. I haven't used it yet but plan to do so this weekend.

Extremely useful for the home baker. Attachments are great for cake batters and whisked mixtures. Perfect gift for a couple, or a couple pairs of roommates who like to bake. Motor is powerful, and I haven't been able to bog it down despite my enthusiastic attempts.
