This mixer has been very handy since we’ve been at home and cooking more. We use all the attachments and have bought several new ones. Great power and looks good in the kitchen. Highly recommend it.

It works well so far. After a few times the machine seems to be making a noise that didn't seem to be there in the first place. I may have done something with the beater or need to adjust the height so that it is further away from the bowl. It works fine. It just started making a noise that wasn't there the first few times after I hit the beater to the bowl or did something wrong to it.

We've been waiting to get a new stand mixer and this one was the one we've been wanting. It's a powerful machine and easily able to mix stiff ingredients for cheesecake and bread doughs. We are very pleased with this machine and very happy to have it.

Easy to change out attachments. Speed selector is easy to use and accessories are a snap to set up. I found the on line service was quick, had it in no time. Best Buy was a good choice, the price was right.

After replacing a mixer every year or two once my oster died, I decided to try kitchenaid. My son does my cookies and learned to use it very quickly. It is very sturdy and heavy so I dont doubt that the parts are mostly metal.

My daughter is loving her new mixer. She says she's using it on almost a daily basis.
