Great product overall if you are into baking or cooking, but we did have to return a unit because it was faulty from the opening box. The quality of this product and KitchenAid overall is pretty on point overall, and the next one we received has had no issues yet.

Purchased for my wife as Christmas present. She has used a standard mixer for years and does a lot of baking. She just loves it, and it mixes everything really well with ease.

After doing a lot of research, we got this professional version, 5 quart stand mixer. We thought the 6 quart was too big for us (it's just two of us right now), but I think i made the wrong choice and should have stuck with the larger pro model. The motor is 450 watt and is fairly powerful, but if we run it at 6+ speed, the base starts to violently wobble. If you're on the edge about getting artisan or some different model, save yourself sometime and get the largest motor you can get. You'll thank yourself later.

Can’t go wrong! I purchased this when it was on sale as a backup to my current kitchen aid stand mixer. These machines are heavy, and very durable.

I absolutely love this mixer! It Whips things up with ease. I have made plenty of thing from muffins to cakes to mixing meatball mixture and bread dough and it works extremely well. There is not one bad thing I have to say about it.

I have always wanted one of these mixers to do baking and other home recipes. Needless to say this mixer didn't disappoint in build quality and ease of use. I will recommend.
