I use it for pizza and bread dough mostly. I bought the sausage grinder for it and like it for small test batches of sausage.

Gave it to my ex-girlfriend and purchased this. The larger motor in the Pro series is needed when doing bread dough. This machine is fabulous.

Solid mixer

Great power, strong torque to get through heavier mixes of flour and other thicker ingredients. The only con is it can be tricky to get the bowl to latch in the proper spot. Takes MUCH practice, and even then you often have to fight it to get it locked into its spot to the lift. A small complaint though for the effectiveness of this mixer the few times it has been used.
