Always a solid piece of equipment. This one was purchased for a commercial kitchen... we just celebrated out 10th year in business, so the previous KitchenAid we had lasted just under 10 years!

I purchased this stand mixer to replace one that I have had for over a decade. That kitchen aid mixer still works. I expect this one to last at least as long. It seems to work just as well.

It's good. I wish it came with attachments that could be washed in the dishwasher. I also wish the attachments would scrape the bowl clean; I know there are aftermarket ones that can be purchased. Sturdy unit and quality you'd expect from KitchenAid.

I have another kitchenaid that works silently, so I purchased this because it's slightly bigger than my other one. This one makes strange noises and I haven't used it as much as my artisan because it doesnt run the same. I'm kinda disappointed.
