My wife is disabled and cannot hold bowls for mixing. The Kitchen Aid Pro allows for ingredients to be added, and then it lifts the bowl up for the ingredients to be mixed. My wife loves it

While I don't think this is an essential kitchen tool (as I suppose I am not much of a cooker or baker), I have used it a few times for pastries and pasta and it does make those processes markedly easier. I'm glad to have it around, even if it is a huge space hog on my counter.

Love this thing. Make banana bread almost biweekly and my coworkers love it too, mainly cause they get free banana bread.

My wife wasn't sure about the amount of counter space at first, but once she started using it, she loves it. Much better mixing than by hand or even a hand power mixer.

This mixer make short work of blending our pie custards and mashed potatoes. Not having to hold the bowl and a hand mixer has been wonderful. Now scraping the sides is the hardest work needed.

Easy to use and clean up. Strong motor for mixing heavy doughs. Whips egg whites and cream quickly and thoroughly. I’m looking forward to getting and using some of the attachments.

I like the older model better. Its hard to get the bowl out. Still a good mixer. The price was excellent an so was the help i received from the associate. Best Buy is still the best buy.

Really good appliance. You can never go wrong with a kitchen aid. Best Buy service was ok (item had a little bit of delay though)

I bought the KitchenAid standing mixer as a gift to one of my grown children based on my long experience with my own which I received as a gift at my bridal shower 30+ years ago. It has a classic appearance and it does everything I could want and more. My son enjoys cooking and baking and is finding out the items he wants in his own kitchen. He was so excited to open this gift at Christmas! He'll have many years of excellent service with it. I can't recommend this mixer more. I'd replace mine for a different color but I really don't need to because it just keeps going!

This is one of the best stand mixers that exist. It's unfortunate that Best Buy shipped it only in the box it came in (no exterior shipping box). The package showed up with multiple holes in the box. Even though this was a Christmas gift, I had no choice but to open it up to inspect it to ensure its not broken or missing pieces due to very poor shipping. Luckily everything is intact, mixer did have a minor scratch on it. I considered taking it to my local Best Buy to exchange it however there are none in stock for at least 250 miles! Talk about a bad online shopping experience, and literally no recourse to exchange in store for an item that was not beat up during shipping. I'm sure they would have given me in-store credit and I'd have no choice but to chance it again for online delivery. Assuming they still do not put these in a separate box the next one would probably show up with holes in the box as well. Would def get this mixer again but not from Best Buy!

This is the first stand mixer I have owned and I love it! It makes mixing so much easier!

I LOVE the kitchen aid mixers. The attachments are great. If you love homemade cooking then I would recommend the pasta making attachments for sure.

Even if I didn't get the mixer on sale I would have still been more than willing to pay FULL price. This machine is a sturdy and reliable kitchen appliance that is a MUST in every kitchen.

I bought this mixer when it was on sale, and I'm so happy that I did. It works perfectly and the attachments make it useful for a wide variety of tasks. I use mine all the time.

I bake a lot and always wanted a kitchen aid stand mixer. I'm able to make and bake other things as well with all the attachments. Mixed things so easily and the pasta attachment is the best.

What an awesome product that can do many different things by simply changing the attachment. It saves you lots of money and space cuz you don't have to buy so many small kitchen appliances!!
