I have used a hand held mixer for years and thought it was fine but I got this on a whim during the Black Friday sale and I love it. It mixes dough really well and picks everything in the bowl up. I made some dough for dumplings and the mixer seemed strong enough. I plan on making sourdough bread next and I’m so glad I have this mixer. The only minor issue is that it’s not that easy to get the bowl in and out but I hope to figure it out soon.
