I have no trouble mixing thicker cookie doughs, though depending on the stickiness of your dough, you may need to stop the mixer to scrape the bowl and the mixing paddle occasionally. Other than that, it’s been simple to use. I certainly prefer it to mixing dough with a spoon or my hands!
