Works great, very happy. I would recommend this mixer to anyone who bakes often.

The mixer is very powerful, and can whip small amounts (like 2 egg whites) very well. However, the bowl raising and lowering can get annoying. If you aren't usually making large batches of baked goods, I would recommend the Classic Pro version which tilts back, making regular bowl related tasks much easier.

Stand mixer is great but really loud. I guess stand mixers are loud in general, but I didn't realize how loud it would be. Probably would've opted for the KitchenAid Pro 7 instead since it's quieter. The Pro 5 is more affordable and does a solid job though.

Great build, and the color ink blue color was better in person.

I recommend it to everyone who likes to cook often. It is so useful and practical. I love it.

This mixer has a strong motor that has allowed me to prepare everything I have tried so far. Great design, great look and great quality.

bought this for my wife and she has used it several times with nothing but good things to say regarding how it works. However, quality control could be better. We noticed poor welding marks and scuffs on the stainless steel bowl upon opening up the package. These welding marks were where the handle connects to the body of the bowl. It looks like these welding marks were about to go through the bowl! I know that this is not normal as I've compared with other bowls at different stores for the same model

Much easier than using a hand mixer for everything, frees up my hands to throw in ingredients.

Purchased this for Mothers day - and it is truly been great to use. The special price was excellent - looks good in the kitchen.
