LOVE This Mixer

I would pay full price for this since I love it so much. I have used the tilt-head mixers before, but I do prefer the bowl-lift better. It handles tougher dough better than the tilt-head and can handle larger batches as well. I love baking and I use this all of the time. I bragged about it so much, my parents bought one too. Definitely recommend!

Have been thinking about getting one for the longest time and finally pulled the trigger. The professional series is where its at simply because the bowl mounted up is so much more convenient than the base mounted bowl of the original. Great value, much needed appliance in our kitchen!
