It mixes quickly and thoroughly while I’m doing other things in the kitchen. The lifting bowl is one of my favorite parts of this mixer. I got it on sale for over 40% off regular retail pricing. I was very excited to buy this as a Christmas gift to myself

I'd only used small, hand-held mixers previously (many years). This is my first "real" mixer and it excellent. Makes baking much easier. I made pizzelle first day and it was a snap to mix the dough! My son makes a more complicated sour cream coffee cake and it was a "life-changing" experience to use a high-quality mixer.
