Nice mixer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I currently own 2 Kitchen Aid Stand mixers, and have enjoyed using both. This is my 1st Professional Stand mixer. I have 2 complaints about both stand mixers: 1) everything seems to splash out of the mixing bowl when in use,I purchase a shield but it doesn't really help, so now I use a kitchen towel to cover the mixer while in use, works great. 2) there is always unmixed food product at the bottom of the mixing bowl, so I have to continually stop the mixer to scrape the bottom of the mixing bowl to make sure everything is incorporated.

Only recommendations I have are to buy the scraper attachment as it really helps with getting too much stuck to the sides and I might go with a version with a smaller bowl if you don't tend to be making large quantities of bread, cookies, pasta, etc as the bowl doesn't work great for super small recipes.
